I can’t imagine what my life would look like if I had grown up in the internet age. Thankfully, I grew up in the 70s and 80s when you could do ridiculous things and no one’s the wiser. But now as someone who works online, I see the world a little differently.
Today, you can make or break your reputation in a split second–from a gaffe to a Facebook post, a misplaced Tweet to something you said at a meeting. What you do or say moves at the speed of light (or wifi) and sometimes you can’t control the outcome.
