Take Care of Yourself and Your Business with Allison Jordan

As business owners, we often put off taking care of ourselves. We’re busy building our businesses and taking care of our families. But unless we’re taking care of ourselves too, it can easily all fall apart.

This week’s episode is a bit of a personal one. I’ve been working with Allison Jordan, a functional medicine specialist and digestive health expert, for about two months now and I wanted to share why I hired her and what my results have looked like. Because I have to say, she’s changed my life and the way I look at my health.

In this episode, Allison and I talk about the importance of taking care of yourself, how the “healthy” things you’re doing right now might be what’s making you feel so crappy, and what you can do right now to feel better right away.

It’s a bit of an unconventional business podcast discussion, but I believe that your health and wellness can mean all the difference in your success.
