Nurturing Buyers After a Digital Product Sale

Nurturing Buyers After the Digital Product Sale

What happens after you sell a digital product? Do you wish your buyers well and be on your way?

That’s one way to do it–if you don’t care about the relationship you have with your buyers or their success.

A better way is to nurture them after the sale. Check in with them periodically to make sure they know how to access what they purchased and remind them of the incentive for doing the thing. (What’s that incentive? Well, it’s the reason they bought the product in the first place. The successful transformation or win they were after.)

That’s exactly what I’m addressing here in today’s episode of the Stories in Small Business podcast. This is a piggyback or companion episode to episode 65, and I highly recommend you listen to that episode alongside this one.
